The Sicilia Clinic is a health centre specialising in Periodontal Microsurgery and Dental Implantology. Run by Prof. Dr. Alberto Sicilia, it opened in 1986 and currently has some 35 clinicians and collaborators.
The Sicilia Clinic has been notable from the outset for its well trained personnel and its vocation as an innovator. In terms of technology, it is a pioneer in the use of radiology and digital imaging (orthopantomography, CAT). In clinical terms, the application of the latest microsurgery techniques and the introduction of computer-guided surgery – even using a robotic navigation system (RoboDent®).
